Obituary for Don Ince
George Don Ince, Jr., age 56, of Clarksville, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at NHC Oakwood in Lewisburg, TN.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Trent Pulley officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Nashville, TN.
The Ince family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Don entered into this life on June 20, 1962 in Ft. Benning, GA. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served in the reserves prior to and after his service. Don was a historian, photographer, and enjoyed hunting. He was a member of Bethel Community Church.
In addition to his father, George Don Ince, Sr., he is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Stevens, maternal grandfather, Loran Purtle, and uncle, Jack Purtle.
Survivors include his wife, Marla Watrous Ince; mother, Lula Pat Purtle Ince; children, Dorothy Ince, Jeffery Ince, and Ian Ince, sister, Michele (Dan) Sherry; and his nephew, John Sherry.
Pallbearers will be Ian Ince, Jeffery Ince, Randy Evans, Carlton Howard, Dan Sherry, and John Sherry.
