Obituary for Timothy Irvin Meadows
Timothy Irvin Meadows, age 55 of Erin, TN, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Denise Settle and Ellis Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Ben Brown Cemetery.
The Meadows family will receive friends on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday morning.
Tim entered this life on July 14, 1962 in Waverly, TN, son to Billy and Norma Tomlinson Meadows. Tim was a lifelong resident of Houston County where he developed a passion for farming and camping. Tim valued his love for family, and was raised in Long Branch United Methodist Church.
In addition to his father, Tim was preceded in death by his son, Justin Meadows.
Survivors include his loving daughter, Marybeth Shelden, son in law, Dustin Shelden, and mother, Norma Meadows. Tim also leaves behind his brothers, Kenneth Meadows (Susan), Tommy Meadows (Michelle), and Shorty Meadows (Rhonda).
Serving as pallbearers will be Lorne Meadows, Derek Meadows, Darren Meadows, Chucky Featherstone, Barry Shelden, Randy Lowe, James Tomlinson, and Greg Black.
