Condolences

Condolence From: James Monday
Condolence: To Don and the entire family,
I will never forget the presence of Mrs. Black in our services on Sunday.
Even though she could not see, she always had an old hymn in her, and didn't mind sharing it, or starting without the rest of us. I will forever embrace the blessing of sitting at the keyboard, and it was always easy to find the key in which she was singing - and I was alway amazed that she was on perfect pitch!
And, the love that Don showed for her, visiting her very often, loving her, because she had loved him so much. Before she became less alert the past few months, she was always pleased to know Don was there with her, and she would show it with a loving smile.
We, the members of the Sunday worship service group came to love her and she blessed us weekly during the services.
Now, she is using that strong, beautiful voice in the Heavenly Choir!
But, she left her love for Jesus and others for us to enjoy those "precious memories" during her time at the nursing home.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you, Don, and the rest of the family.
