Carol entered into this life on October 2, 1954 in Pheonix, AZ to the late Lorin and Lavida McBride.
Survivors include her daughter, Tamra Swafford; son, Michael Leonard; grandchildren, Carolayn Chaffin, Alexandriea Shults, Johnathan Phillips, and Ryan Leonard.
