Mrs. Phyllis Brooks, age 60, of Erin Tennessee, passed from this life on Monday November 20, 2018 at Houston County Hospital.
A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Nave Funeral Home, in Erin, TN, with brother Gary Carlton officiating. Internment will follow the service at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 25, at the Funeral Home.
Mrs. Brooks was born Phyllis Madden, to James W. Madden, and Hazel Lane Madden, on January 19, 1958 in Erin Tennessee. she was preceded in death by both of her parents. She leaves behind her loving husband Mr. Phillip Brooks, as well as two loving children; Phillip J. Brooks (Margie Brooks), and Becky Brooks Smith (Eric Smith). She also leaves behind her loving grandchildren Brooke Smith, Lauren Smith, Jason Brooks, and Shelby Brooks. Mrs Phyllis also leaves behind one loving sister, Shela Madden Williams ( James Hooksie).
