Fronia Anderson, age 86 of Cumberland City, TN, passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 at Signature Healthcare of Erin.
A celebration of her life will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors William Gray and Stephen Cathey officiating. Burial will follow in Lowery Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Sunday afternoon.
Fronia entered this life on June 2, 1932 in Stewart County, TN, daughter to the late Baylor and Grace Brown. Fronia was a housewife and a faithful member of Elk Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Fronia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, George Anderson, and brother, Homer Brown.
Survivors include her sisters, Bernice Lane, and Laverne Downs of Cumberland City, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Troy Anderson, Johnny Dew, Tracy Downs, Matt Mathis, Aaron Mathis, and Barry Pulley. Honorary pallbearers will be Geary Durham, and Bill Schmidt.
