Teddy Wayne Phillips 72, of Clarksville passed away November 4, 2018.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Gateway Baptist Church, 131 Corporate Dr, Clarksville, TN 37040 with John Dalton officiating.
Mr. Phillips was born on August 25, 1946, son of the late W.E. Phillips and Mary Quinton Phillips.
Survivors include his wife Omie Maeleen Phillips; daughters, Karina Phillips, Cylinda (Chris) Hodges, Mary (Ben) Reed; son, TJ (Hannah) Phillips; Grandchildren, Joey Muller, Kari (Chris) Gooch, Shannon (James Merrell) Muller, Jacob Hodges, Jared Hodges, Johnathan Hodges, Heather (Christian) Henry, Dana Tyler, Silas Phillips, Daniel Phillips, Isaiah Phillips, Josiah Phillips, Elisabeth Phillips; great-grandchildren, Ollie Gooch, Elsie Gooch, Fynn Merrell, Milam Westbrook, and Lilly Johnson; brothers, Mickey (Neva) Phillips, David Phillips; sisters, Diane Phillips and Pasty Harky.
