Colin entered into this life on May 11, 1944 in Missouri to the late Bernis and Florence Pennington.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Fish Pennington; nieces, Maggie (Aaron) Pontsler and Marina Pontsler; nephews, Runic and Rowan Pontsler, and sister, Joanne Russell.
