Obituary for Rex Daniel Clark
Mr. Rex Daniel Clark, age 86 of Erin, TN, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
A celebration of his life will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastor Jacqueline Pitt Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Lockhart Cemetery.
The Clark family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday.
Rex entered this life on January 13, 1932 in Houston County, TN, son to the late Herman and Lena Leota Felts Clark. Rex was a faithful member of Springhill United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, Rex was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ruth Wright Clark; son, Rickey Clark; daughter, Linda Bass; sister, Margaret Clark Rye, and brothers, Donald Clark, and Freeman F. Clark.
Survivors include his loving children, Ben Clark (Betty), Doyle Clark (Penny), Jerry Clark (Linda), and Larry Clark (Debra). Rex also leaves behind seventeen grandchildren, and twenty seven great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
