Douglas Wayne Perry 62, of Clarksville passed away Friday, January 5, 2018.
A Memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Ted Denny officiating.
Douglas was born May 29, 1955, son of the late Howard Perry and Marie Sue Perry.
Survivors include his wife, Ilona Perry; son, Jeff (Tiffany) Perry; daughters, Jennifer Reese and Brandi Schriupshire.
