Obituary for Ann Wortham
Ann (Nene) Wortham, 76 of Cunningham, passed away January 5, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
A Celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Stephen Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow at Hopewell Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday, January 7, 2017 and Monday from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service at the Funeral Home.
Ann was born September 14, 1941 in Louisville Ky., the daughter of the late Sammie Bryant and Hautie Trotter Bryant. She had worked at Acme Boot Co. and along with her husband owned Brownfield Country Store in Dover, TN.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Sammie Ray Wortham; daughter, Lisa Wortham Appleton (Jeff Stagner); grandchildren, Amanda (Eric) Huneycuttt, Jacob Appleton; great-grandchildren, Broc Huneycutt, Abby Huneycutt; brother, Wendell Bryant; sister, Helen Martin.
Pallbearers will be; Jacob Appleton, Eric Huneycutt, Jared Stagner, Ricky York, Jerry Martin and Austin Martin.
