Aubrey Earl Baggett, age 85, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at his home in Clarksville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Baggett's Chapel Church of God with the Rev. Terry Bear officiating. Burial will follow in the Baggett's Chapel Cemetery. The Baggett family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and 12 noon until the time of service on Tuesday at Baggett's Chapel Church.
Earl entered into this life on July 4, 1932 in Montgomery County to the late William Thomas Baggett and Polly Kelly Baggett. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for the State Highway Department and attended Baggett's Chapel Church of God of Prophecy.
In addition to his parents Earl was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jewell Marie Johnson Baggett; daughters, Barbara Marie Baggett and Lowanda Kay Cochrane; and grandchildren, Stefan and Ethan Baggett.
Survivors include his sons, Edward Baggett (Cindy), David Baggett (Deanne), and George Baggett; and siblings, Donald Baggett, Lurton Baggett, and Anna Baskette. He was the grandfather of Amanda Cochrane, Josh Baggett (Betsy), Zebadiah Baggett, Joseph Baggett, Ashley Baggett, and Payton Baggett and great grandfather to Came'rron Reppert, Avilene Baggett, Journey Baggett, Jamison Baggett, Olivia Baggett, and Joseph Baggett, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Josh Baggett, Zeb Baggett, Joseph Baggett, Clifton Leftwich, Ronnie Hollis, and Alan Hutchison.
